Arcade Muse sells downloadable software and associated digital files.
Arcade Muse BZ-2 is sold as a one-time software purchase, subject to its Product License. No recurring payment is required to continue using the supplied version under that licence.
Hosting, domain registration, installation services, custom development and future products or services are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). The total payable is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is required before download access is provided.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges under its own terms.
Delivery
Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping fee applies.
Download access is provided after payment is confirmed and the order is completed. Download links are available through the order confirmation, purchase receipt and your customer account.
Your purchase includes unlimited downloads of the purchased files during the 30 days following order completion.
This download period does not limit your continued use of software already downloaded under the Product License.
Refunds and Delivery Problems
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after you have successfully received the purchased software.
If you cannot access your purchase, receive a corrupt or incomplete file, or experience a product fault or a material difference from the product description, please contact us.

Compatibility and Licence
Please review the product description, available demo, system requirements and Product License before purchasing.
A purchase grants the rights described in the Product License. It does not transfer ownership of the Arcade Muse brand or grant unrestricted redistribution rights.
Refund & Delivery Policy
Digital Delivery
Arcade Muse BZ-2 is downloadable software. No physical item is shipped.
After payment is confirmed and your order is completed, download access is provided through your order confirmation and purchase receipt. You can also access your purchase through your account at arcademuse.net.
30-Day Download Period
Your purchase includes a 30-day download period starting when your order is completed.
There is no limit on the number of times you may download the purchased files during this period, including retries after interrupted or unsuccessful downloads.
Individual download links may expire for security reasons. While your download period remains active, you can obtain a fresh link through your account or contact us for assistance. Generating a new link does not restart the original 30-day period.
Please save the downloaded ZIP file and keep a backup.
Continued Use of Your Software
The download period applies to retrieving files from our store. Its expiry does not, by itself, end your licence to use software you have already downloaded.
You may continue using the supplied version under the Product License. The download period does not create a subscription or renewal charge.
Downloads after the included period are not guaranteed, except where needed to resolve a delivery problem or fulfil your legal rights.
Change-of-Mind Refunds
Except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or obtain a refund, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after you have successfully received the purchased software.
Please review the product description, available demo, system requirements and Product License before buying.
Simply clicking a download link or starting a download does not, by itself, establish that you successfully received the complete file.
Missing, Incomplete or Corrupt Downloads
If you cannot access your purchase or receive an incomplete or corrupt file, email arcademuse.net@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
We will check your order and arrange a fresh download link, restore access or extend the download period as needed to resolve the delivery problem.
Please contact us promptly when you notice an issue. If the original download period ends before a delivery problem is resolved, we will not refuse assistance solely because that period has expired.
If we cannot supply the purchased product, we will refund the affected purchase.
Faulty or Incorrectly Described Products
If the supplied software is faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us with details of the problem.
We will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Where the law gives you a choice of remedy, that choice remains yours.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you.
The time before a refund appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, including applicable cancellation rights and rights relating to non-delivery, faulty digital content or misleading descriptions.
The 30-day download period is not a deadline for exercising those rights.
